- Enhanced Call activity reporting- Post call wrap up with integrated CRM contact list and click stream history.

- NEW Calendar – Fully integrated Sales Rep Activity Calendar. Drag n Drop functionality to schedule, edit, search and tag customer appointments.

- NEW Mapping – Contact mapping of contact address location and optimal route planning.

- Ability to launch a presentation from within SFX Connections.

ENHANCED CONTENT IMPORT:

- User based content import for additional content types.

- In addition to ppt, pptx – end users can now upload, pdf, video, flash, images and complete websites.

CONTENT PLAYLIST MANAGEMENT:

- Users can now organize their Library Presentations into playlist folders for easy grouping and retrieval.

ENHANCED WEBFLOW FEATURES:

- Enhanced Deep link to link users directly to presentations or landing page bypassing the SFX library page.
